Why Disney is so famous? The simple answer I can come across is that all of the movies end with happy ending. Truly speaking, this is what happened at most famous movies. They end with the defeat of the bad guys. In real life, this kind of thing can happen but so does the opposite. Thus people invented lies which are somehow a tool make bad stories become great stories. What makes this tool so famous rather than his rival - truth is that people love good stories that can be easily provided by lies but truth on the other hand, is simply the truest ,showing either bad or good stories as long as they really happen.
The blame can be put to us for the abundance of lies nowadays. Somehow it can be actually our mistake to not able to accept mostly the bitter truth. Some people don't have the heart to tell us the truth that obviously will hurt us. This then become the habit, to tell lies whatever the reasons are. As long as these lies will please us, we will pretend they are the truths. This can be one of the reason of the increase of lies, indeed the main reason perhaps.
I myself have somehow promised to tell no lies as I hate to be lied. I would rather suffer from the truth than enjoy the lies. It sound hypocritical? Believe me, it is not an easy task but then should we just give up on it because it is too hard? Are we weaklings? It takes me years to accept literally one simple truth but at least I try and I prevail once.
It then depends on us whether we want to live in world where the presidential candidates tell their own various tales of great future ahead or simply a community who can accept the bitter truth and patiently make a change. We shouldn't demand people to stop telling lies before we can be strong enough to swallow the bitter pill.
