How I suppose to deal with jealousy?

When I see my friends in joy

Whilst I am in a story of sad boy,

I don't feel grateful for them ;

There is only a silent condemn.

When I have an accomplishment

And my peers go beyond my expectation,

I don't celebrate it as a human advancement ;

I act like a child seeking for attention.

Cain killed Abel out of jealousy.

World War was the result of the same disease.
It seems, jealousy is a curse for humanity.
Its entire entity has no remedy.

With every breath I take,
I insult even worse.
This jealousy won't bargain.
How I suppose to deal with this curse then?
